General Points for Abstract Submission

• Title of the abstract should be less than 30 words
• Body of the abstract should not exceed 300 words
• Abstracts must be submitted in English
• Submitted abstract should not have been presented at any other conference. A different abstract of the same research work, with a different point of view and/or different data, can be accepted.

The Abstract Must Include

1. Introduction
2. Objectives – Brief background and specific aim of the study
3. Methods – Study design and methodology
4. Results – Key findings and data summary
5. Conclusions – Main takeaways or implications
6. Key Words – 3-5

Abstract Submission Type

• Oral Presentation
• E-Poster Presentation
• Video Presentation – Maximum 8 mins duration, up to 100 MB. Accepted formats: .mp4, .webm, .mov, .avi, .mkv

Design Specifications for E-Posters

• E-Poster should be only in English language
• Title of the E-Poster should be brief and match the submitted abstract
• Arial font should be used throughout the poster, font size 11
• Ratio should be 16:9

Acknowledgment & Review Outcomes

You will receive email confirmations:

1. Post abstract submission
2. Post review of the abstract (within 10 days of abstract submission)
